Project Description:

project and construction management of planning and execution through closeout including establishment of evaluation criteria and measurements to assess projects. KMEA manages all aspects of the project’s finances ensuring that latest trends and state-of-the-art technologies are applied in the facility design, construction, alterations, space management, contracting, negotiations, and knowledge management. KMEA independently develops innovative solutions to address unanticipated project complications.

KMEA provides on-time completion and uploading of project documents onto electronic project databases and tracking established performance metrics and historical trends. KMEA manages all phases of the contract, including acquisition and management of large numbers/types of subcontracts supporting all aspects of the project. KMEA monitors progress and evaluates performance against contract requirements.

KMEA manages business transactions, including negotiations and accurate requests for funding as well as tracking financial obligations and expenses, striving for outstanding customer satisfaction.
