Successful program, and project management, requires the cohesive collaboration and integration of project data to meet the needs of the Client, Stakeholders, and Project Team. KMEA Project Controls provide essential support to a program, and/or project, by ensuring that all aspects of a project, directly and indirectly; including planning, monitoring, and reporting, are handled efficiently. KMEA Project Controls:KMEA’s Project Controls Department is led by Vice President, Ms. Jennifer Salinas, PSP, STS-C. Jennifer has 26 years of experience focused on program and project management, project controls, accounting, business development, technical writing, and software system integrations. She has managed large, multidisciplinary teams both in person and remotely across multiple locations, including the contiguous US, international project sites, and Alaska, including the North Slope. Her project experience ranges from small projects under $50,000 to the largest educational program in the country, Los Angeles Unified School District managing and tracking over $20 Billion in bonds, across every phase of the project lifecycle. Since 2009, she has held a Planning and Scheduling Professional certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEi); and in 2012 she obtained a Safety Trained Supervisor for Construction certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
