Project Control - Program Management Services

Project Controls

Successful program, and project management, requires the cohesive collaboration and integration of project data to meet the needs of the Client, Stakeholders, and Project Team. KMEA Project Controls provide essential support to a program, and/or project, by ensuring that all aspects of a project, directly and indirectly; including planning, monitoring, and reporting, are handled efficiently. Our Program and Project Controls support includes:

  • Planning and Scheduling: enable Project Controls to create a realistic and efficient project schedule while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes during project execution.

  • Cost Management: ensures the project stays within budget while optimizing resource usage.

  • Project Estimating: develop accurate and reliable cost and resource estimates for the project's lifecycle scope.

  • Change Management: ensures any changes to the project’s scope, schedule, or budget are accurately assessed, approved, and managed.

  • Earned Value Management (EVM): monitors project performance by integrating scope, schedule, and cost data. EVM provides a clear picture of how well the project is performing in relation to its budget and timeline.

  • Risk Management: identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks that could impact a project’s cost, schedule, scope, or quality. Effective risk management ensures that potential issues are proactively addressed, reducing the likelihood of project delays or cost overruns.

  • Resource Planning and Utilization Analysis: ensures that the right resources (people, equipment, materials) are available and effectively utilized throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: is the crucial role in tracking project progress, measuring performance against key metrics, and providing stakeholders with accurate, timely information to support key decision-making. This helps ensure the project stays on track, any deviations are promptly addressed, and there is transparency to the Client, Stakeholders, and Project Team.
