As Corporate Counsel and Director of Contracts, Human Resources, Safety, and Information Technology at KMEA, Jean Davison is responsible for the management of more than $280M single-source United States Department of Defense IDIQ contracts and is currently managing in-house more than 280 concurrent contracts. Her experience includes a broad range of markets, including federal, utilities, transportation, facilities, environment, energy, and water. Services include engineering, energy and sustainability, environment, architecture, design, and construction for public and private clients.
Jean holds a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is currently registered in-house counsel, California. She also is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
